Breakaway Music Festival 2024 - Tampa

Breakaway Music Festival first began in Columbus Ohio in 2016. The festival has expanded to multiple cities since it started and 2024 marked the first year the festival came to Florida. Breakaway Beach kicked off in Miami during Miami Music Week and then Tampa hosted the festival April 26 and 27 at Raymond James Stadium.

The Tampa lineup included Kaskade, Illenium, Crankdat, Matroda, Acraze, Said the Sky, Sofi Tukker, Moore Kismet, Zedd and more. The festival really felt geared towards the attendees and the music and did not feel like a cash grab that many festivals have moved to. The weather was perfect both days and the festival layout was well planned to allow free movement and plenty of room to dance, headband, and vibe out to the music.

Overall, Breakaway Tampa was a success, and we hope it will return next year. If you have the opportunity to go in another city, don’t hesitate. You will not regret it and you will definitely make memories that will last a lifetime. You can still catch Breakaway in the following cities:
